ABOUT STEVE, SPEAKING, Stephen W. Simpson is a psychologist, writer, professor, and cynic in recovery. His wife Shelley and children Hayley, Ella, Jordan, and Emma whittle away at his cynicism on a daily basis. He practices psychotherapy in Pasadena, California and writes for The Burnside Writers Collective. He gets away with teaching psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary because his students haven’t learned enough to realize that he makes up everything as he goes along. He has a history of faking his way through life and was once nearly arrested for DUI while stone cold sober.
Steve is also the author of What Women Wish You Knew about Dating and the co-author of What Wives Wish Their Husbands Knew about Sex. Though Steve is not very bright, he’s pretty good at pretending that he knows what he’s talking about. Thus, he will gladly come speak to your group.
